Scope and limits
URI, QR and downloaded files contain the secret: anyone who has them can generate codes. Masked input, no tool storage/network submission. Generated keys:20/32/64bytes for SHA1/256/512. Defaults SHA1/6digits/30seconds; verifier and authenticator must use matching parameters. Client support varies; legacy clients may ignore custom algorithm/digits/period. Optional snapshot is calculated only on Run, not a live authenticator. No account activation, server verification or clock synchronization.

TOTP QR Code Generator
Create a standards-shaped otpauth://totp URI and QR code locally. Provide a Base32 secret or generate a cryptographically random one, then choose SHA-1, SHA-256 or SHA-512, 6 or 8 digits and a 15–120 second period. Optionally calculate a current or custom-time code snapshot. Treat the secret and URI as credentials: review them before copying, downloading or importing them into an authenticator.
Features
- Create an otpauth URI and PNG QR code for TOTP setup.
- Use a provided canonical Base32 secret or generate a random secret.
- Choose SHA-1, SHA-256 or SHA-512, 6/8 digits and a 15–120 second period.
- Optionally calculate a current or custom-time code snapshot and export URI or JSON.
How to use
- Enter issuer and account labels.
- Provide a Base32 secret or choose the random-secret source, then select algorithm, digits and period.
- Enable a current or custom-time snapshot only when you need a preview.
- Review the URI and QR output carefully before importing or sharing it.
