Markdown Previewer

Draft a README, technical note or article while checking its rendered appearance. Use Edit, Preview or Split view to work with headings, lists, tables, fenced code blocks, footnotes and task lists. For example, # Guide creates a heading and **done** marks bold text.

Math uses $...$ for inline expressions and $$...$$ for display blocks. Put Mermaid syntax in a fenced block labelled mermaid to render a diagram. Raw HTML is disabled; this preview is not an HTML execution sandbox. Copy HTML for a rendered export or download the Markdown source. PDF export opens the browser print dialog, where you choose the destination and page settings.

Features

  • Switch between editing, preview and split views.
  • Preview tables, highlighted code, task lists and footnotes.
  • Render math expressions and Mermaid diagram blocks.
  • Copy rendered HTML, download .md or print/save to PDF using the browser.

How to use

  1. Type or import Markdown. Start with # Guide and a paragraph containing **done**.
  2. Use Split to compare the source and preview; add fenced code, a table or a task list as needed.
  3. For math, try $x^2$; for diagrams, insert a Mermaid block and check for rendering errors.
  4. Copy HTML or download Markdown. To save a PDF, open the print action and select the browser’s PDF destination.
