IP Address

Find the public IP used by your connection. See IPv4 or IPv6, approximate location and network details when providers return them; copy or refresh the result.

This page contacts IP lookup providers (ipify, ifconfig.co, Cloudflare, ipapi.co and ipwho.is); reverse DNS uses Google DNS. Results describe your public connection, including VPN/proxy egress. Location is approximate and does not identify a person or detect attacks.

IP Address

Use this tool when troubleshooting which public address your internet connection exposes. It shows the address returned by an IP lookup provider, its IPv4 or IPv6 version and any available country, city, ISP or ASN details. With a VPN or proxy, the result describes that connection’s public exit address rather than your device’s local network address.

Lookup requires an internet connection and contacts external IP providers; reverse DNS uses Google DNS. The page does not perform an offline scan, identify a person or detect attacks. Location is approximate, and a missing city, provider detail or reverse DNS record is not proof of a network fault.

Features

  • View the public IPv4 or IPv6 address returned for this connection.
  • Inspect approximate country/city and ISP/ASN details when available.
  • View reverse DNS information if a PTR record is returned.
  • Copy the detected IP or refresh the lookup after a connection change.

How to use

  1. Open the page and wait for the external lookup to finish.
  2. Read the public IP and its version; check the provider and update time.
  3. Copy the address for your support request or network configuration.
  4. After changing networks or VPN settings, use Refresh. If details are unavailable, retry rather than treating an empty field as a diagnosis.
